PAYMENT:

Payment is due upon completion of services. DGMS EXCELLENCE accepts all forms of payment including cash, check and all credit cards. Additionally, if you forget to leave a payment for subsequent cleanings your credit card will be charged. For returned checks a $35.00 fee will be applied. For any outstanding balance after 14 days a $12.00 fee will be applied. Any delinquent account handed over for collections are subject to applicable legal fees.

REPORTING DAMAGES:

Any item that is found broken must be reported within 24 hours of cleaning. Upon notice of damage, DGMS EXCELLENCE, will send a manager to go out and inspect. We will not be held liable for damages reported after the 7 day period.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:

In the event you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning, we require a minimum of 48 hours thanks notice so that we may more effectively serve our other clients. You must call the office during regular business hours between 9:00 am-5:00pm. If you do not provide proper notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $60.00.

NON ENTRY POLICY:

If we are unable to enter the premises due to failures beyond our control we reserve the right to charge $30.00 to cover lost time.

FORCE MAJEURE:

DGMS EXCELLENCE is not responsible for delays and failures that may arise out of causes beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you choose to skip an appointment you will be charged in the next service category. If you choose to suspend service for over 24 hours you will be charged for another deep cleaning appointment.

OUR COMPANY:

DGMS EXCELLENCE offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee except when you are under a budget or if you have a gift certificate. If you do not feel that we have fulfilled this expectation, please inform us within 48 hours of your service and we will re-perform the necessary tasks free of charge. Please note that our company does not issue discounts or refunds after the service has been completed.

NON SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES:

All of our employees have signed a non competing agreement with our company. They are prohibited from soliciting our clients on their own behalf or on behalf of any third party during their employment for DMGS EXCELLENCE and for a period of two years following termination. Client agrees to not solicit services from our employees outside of the services of DGMS EXCELLENCE. Should the client wish to hire or use any of DGMS EXCELLENCE without express written permission in advance from the company, you agree to pay DGMS EXCELLENCE a $2000.00 placement fee.

DGMS excellence requires the client that before our company performs the chosen service, the client must store all their personal and valuable items (jewelry, money and etc.)

DGMS Excellence requires its employees to take photos and videos of the condition of the property before and after each service. (none of these photos or videos will be published on any social network unless the client gives us authorization.

DGMS Excellence, in the event of any customer complaint, our company will take into account visual material collected before and after each service. We reserve the right to prevent our employees from moving any items containing valuables (wallets, purses, bags, briefcases, backpacks, etc.).

DGMS Excellence requires that the client be at the property, if the client cannot be there, they must notify 24 hours in advance to be able to review our policies and conditions.

Cancellation Policies

If the customer decides to cancel any type of service, the customer will be charged for the time of the service provided according to the original price of each membership.

Cancellation of Memberships.

If the client chose membership STANDARD CLEANING . YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

If the client chooses membership PREMIUM CLEANING. YOUR REFUND WILL BE $20.

If the customer chooses the LUXURY CLEANING membership. YOUR REFUND WILL BE $37.50

DGM’S Excellence reserves the right of “no refund” after having performed the selected service, without subscription, in accordance with our policies.

ONE TIME CLEANING services ARE NON-REFUNDABLE THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO CALL TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT WHERE THE CORRECTION OF THE CUSTOMER’S DISSATISFACTION IS AGREED.

IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION OF PREMIUM CLEANING AND LUXURY CLEANING SUBSCRIPTIONS AFTER THE FIRST SERVICE PERFORMED, the refund of the balance divided between the remaining services of your subscription will be processed, always taking into account that one service performed is equivalent to $104.99 taking the A subscription as a reference in the cleaning time.
